I completed my PhD dissertation at Princeton
Seminary, studying with Richard Fox Young, a
historian of religion. My research looked at the first
generation of Chinese Protestants. I am particularly
interested in the history and practice of mission, the
ecumenical movement and its current work, and the
relationship of Christianity to other religions.
